Stone ground organic soft wheat flour

The story of our organic soft wheat flours is simple and authentic: they are grown in our Umbrian fields, stone ground in our slow rotation mill, finally packaged in a single controlled supply chain.

For this reason they retain all the aromas, flavors and scents of the grains from which they originate, whether they are modern or ancient like the gentilrosso.

Furthermore, stone milling preserves its biodiversity and nutritional characteristics.

They are therefore 100% Italian flours and suitable for a variety of doughs: bread, focaccia, biscuits, tarts, pizza, torte al testo… we also use them for our mother yeast.
