{"id":2163,"date":"2020-07-09T19:19:33","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T17:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capocciabio.it\/history\/"},"modified":"2023-05-09T10:03:05","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T08:03:05","slug":"history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.capocciabio.it\/en\/history\/","title":{"rendered":"History"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><b>Let me tell you our story<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/gualdo_tadino_1900_c.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>1900<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was in the early 1900s when Cesare Capoccia, my great-grandfather, moved to Morano Osteria, a small suburb of Gualdo Tadino in the green hills of Umbria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h1>1923<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The family grew at the same pace as the farm, which kept him busy on the farms and at numerous livestock fairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 1923 Caesar built a new home, with stables on the ground floor and rooms upstairs.\u00a0 Carved into the keystone of the front door there were the two &#8220;C&#8217;s&#8221; that have become today our logo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/fiera_perugia_c.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/alfredo_capoccia_1958_c.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>1958<br \/><\/h1>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My grandfather Alfredo, having graduated as a certified agricultural expert, continued his father&#8217;s work: the business continued to grow and the family moved to Gualdo Tadino in 1958.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His son Cesare (my father) also began to help him, especially with the mechanical means that had arrived to support the farmers, making time between study and work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fourth generation<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is me, Gabriele. I embarked on a new adventure by going organic and recovering traditional crops of the Umbrian territories that had long been abandoned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am joined by my parents, Cesare and Laura, who, with their pharmaceutical training, carefully oversee the nutritional aspects of all our products.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
