The milk ring cake is one of our most traditional desserts, perhaps the most typical “granny’s homemade dessert”. Made from our type 1 and 2 soft wheat flours, it is perfect for breakfast.
\nAvailable in two sizes on 16 or 20 cm diameter plates, about 200g and 500g approximately, the latter being an indicative figure as dosages and preparation are made entirely by hand by our bakery chefs.<\/p>\n
We bake peasant desserts with our own flours, to which we add ingredients from hand-picked Campagna Amica partners or selected from Italian producers, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.<\/p>\n
