Organic fine spaghetti made from the ancient grain Triticum Turanicum, or Khorasan, which is our most complete and prized grain. It has a low glycemic index, it contains 16 of the 18 essential amino acids, and it is very rich in B vitamins (B1 B2 B3 B6) and vitamin E, protein, magnesium, potassium, manganese, as well as being free of cholesterol.<\/p>\n
Using exclusively Turanicum ancient grain, we thus obtained an energy-packed yet light and easily digestible pasta. Due to these properties, it is a highly appreciated pasta in both the vegan and vegetarian cuisines.<\/p>\n
