In these festive days of holiday and tradition, the artisanal Easter dove cannot be missed.
Made in the traditional way with type 1 flours, naturally leavened with sourdough, candied orange.

The traditional desserts

We bake peasant desserts with our own flours, to which we add ingredients from hand-picked Campagna Amica partners or selected from Italian producers, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.

Delicious, but also safe, healthy and typical Italian.

When combined by our Bakery Chef with ingredients from hand-picked Italian suppliers, they result in small masterpieces of peasant baking and pastry.

The energy needs of the entire bakery and laboratory are part of the company’s self-production capacity, using only electricity without the use of fossil fuels or other polluting energy sources, thus resulting in a fully sustainable co and zero energy impact on the planet.
