Handcrafted with type 1 flours and naturally leavened with sourdough starter, our Easter dove contains tasty pieces of minimum 39% dark chocolate.

We bake peasant desserts with our own flours, to which we add ingredients from hand-picked Campagna Amica partners or selected from Italian producers, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.
