Handmade with type 1 flours and naturally leavened with sourdough, in this version with figs and walnuts.

The traditional desserts

We bake peasant desserts with our own flours, to which we add ingredients from hand-picked Campagna Amica partners or selected from Italian producers, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.

Delicious, but also safe, healthy and typical Italian.
