Our organic flours are milled by a slow rotation natural stone milling process. As the grains are not heated during milling, all their nutritional characteristics remain unaltered.

This is why it takes us longer to mill, and our production capacity is far from the efficient industrial productions: but as with all good things produced with love… we take our time in order to make them in the best possible way.

These are full-body flours, that is, they are not as refined as the industrial flours but contain all the parts of the grain and with them the taste, fragrance, and all the nutritional and digestibility characteristics.

Finally, our flours are free of preservatives and antioxidants so as to preserve them in all their authenticity.
