Capoccia Bio on Green Line

Our “long” organic supply chain, which comes from the organic fields in the hills between Gualdo, Assisi and Gubbio and passes through the transformation center where we produce organic flour, organic pasta, baked goods and much more for the well-being of our customers, has intrigued the troupe of Green Line.

So Beppe Convertini came to visit us, curiously visiting the entire company, from the fields to the shop, asking us a thousand questions and thus discovering a healthy and safe way of producing, eating and living.

From the protection of the environment and the landscape, passing through the properties of the ancient grains that we grow and transform, up to the bread “of the past” and the naturally leavened focaccia, here is the whole journey in just over three minutes.
