Capoccia Bio on Rai 3

TGR RAI Umbria conducted a report on the growth of organic farming in the Umbrian countryside, as certified by Coldiretti Umbria’s analysis of Ismea data. (Institute of services for the agricultural food market)

The crew chose Capoccia Bio as the model company to film it: between interviews with Gabriele, journalists were able to show in one “shot” the entire chain of the cultivation and processing of the organic products: from the fields, to the mill and the pasta factory, to the bakery, to the store.

A unique and complete supply chain, which ensures that there is quality control in every phase of food processing, and full sustainability in every step of the production process … is not so easy to find elsewhere.

Moreover, the territory of Gualdo Tadino is a privileged place: located at the foot of the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines, it offers vast areas-such as those in which our organic crops are found-often surrounded by nature and unspoiled areas where truly organic farming is still possible.
