We make them with ancient grain flour, spelled and Bioadapt
Tradition would have them accompanied or soaked in dessert wines, Vin Santo or Marsala, and especially at Christmas time. Nowadays they are eaten all year round, and any time of day is suitable for enjoying them on their own.
