Description

Spelt tart with apricot jam.
The size is approximately 550g (20cm diameter), which is indicative since the quantities and preparation are entirely handmade by our bakery chefs.

Pie

We produce our peasant pies with our own soft wheat and spelt flours, to which we add eggs and Umbrian jams from selected Campagna Amica partners, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.

Delicious, but also safe, healthy.

Spelt gives the pastry a particular flavor, more rustic and intense, which combines well with the flavor of the jams used.
