Veg pie, made with no animal products, with blackberry jam.
The weight is approximately 500g (diameter 20cm), indicative as dosages and preparation are made entirely by hand by our pastry chefs.
Pie
We produce our peasant pies with our own soft wheat and spelt flours, to which we add eggs and Umbrian jams from selected Campagna Amica partners, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.
Delicious, but also safe, healthy.
Spelt gives the pastry a particular flavor, more rustic and intense, which combines well with the flavor of the jams used.

Combined by the Bakery Chef with ingredients from carefully selected Italian suppliers, they give life to small masterpieces of peasant bread-making and pastry-making.
The energy needs of the entire oven and laboratory fall within the company’s self-production capacity, using only electricity without the use of fossil fuels or other polluting sources, and thus resulting fully sustainable and with zero energy impact on the planet.
