A new concept is born

These days we were supposed to announce our Open Days: not just an inauguration of a few hours, but three days of “open doors” so as to avoid gatherings and allow everyone to visit the company safely and in compliance with the anti-covid regulations.

Unfortunately, events and openings are not possible at this sensitive time, so that is why we will not be proceeding as such.
However, we decided to go ahead anyway.

In Via Verdi in Gualdo Tadino (facing the bike path), the full-scale operations of the mill, pasta factory, laboratory and bakery will begin on Saturday, Oct. 31, with a very ” peculiar ” new company shop.

A zero-mile store, from producer to consumer, with counter service being provided directly outside, much in the same way as the market stall at a traditional town market.

Those who come, in addition to having ample parking, will also be able to serve themselves outdoors without entering any premises, avoiding indoor gatherings and thus having maximum anti-COVID security.

We will be open every day: one more venue, in addition to the Perugia Campagna Amica Market and the stores already offering Capoccia Bio, to learn about a way of production sustainable and planet-friendly; to rediscover ancient grains, flavors and wholesome foods of yesteryear;;to taste safe and nutritionally unique foods..

Legumes and cereals, flours from ancient and modern organic grains, traditional organic pasta or shaped into very “special” versions, organic galettes and snacks, baked goods such as bread, focaccia, cakes and pastries…

In addition, if the regulations permit it, the mill and the pasta factory can be seen at work without having to go inside, thanks to the panoramic view from the multipurpose hall.

A hall that, like the entire company in the future, will be a place for people to meet and learn: courses, in-depth discussions, theme days on cooking, nutrition, sustainability.

We will do whatever we can to succeed in this complex era for our territory and the planet, doing our small part as best as we can.
