How can a farm be at the service of a territory?
The simplest answer that comes to mind is probably the promotion of work, with employees, subcontractors and related industries.
But also the “maintenance” of the territory, experienced in the field day after day.
Even more in the case of BIO farmers like us, who avoid using synthetic substances on the soil and preserve the biodiversity around our fields.

Nutrition and well-being
In our stores, every day there is a continuous dialogue with customers on the production and quality of food, food, nutrition, the environment…
Every year we host dozens of visits from schools in the area: from the youngest elementary school children to the oldest hotel school students.
More and more tourist and food and wine experiences pass through our processing center.
Thanks to all this we are able to spread sensitivity and awareness around nutrition and well-being. But “specifically”?
A community mill
We have opened our processing center to families.
More and more people have started cultivating some old vacant land again.
By then bringing us the cereals obtained, we take care of everything: cleaning and selection, stone grinding, pasta making at low temperatures, packaging.
In this way, flour, pasta and well-being that come from their own land are obtained, perpetuating a bond from which we all benefit.
