The size is about 550g (20cm diameter), which is approximate as the dosages and preparation are made entirely by hand by our bakery chefs.
Pie
We produce our peasant pies with our own soft wheat and spelt flours, to which we add eggs and Umbrian jams from selected Campagna Amica partners, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.
Delicious, but also safe, healthy.
Spelt gives the pastry a particular flavor, more rustic and intense, which combines well with the flavor of the jams used.
