Description
Sbrisolòna Crumble Cake, a typical almond dessert originating in the Mantua area and typical of Northern Italy, is now served by many important chefs and has become a classic dessert appreciated everywhere.
The size is about 600g (20cm diameter), which is approximate as the dosages and preparation are made entirely by hand by our bakery chefs.
The traditional desserts
We bake peasant desserts with our own flours, to which we add ingredients from hand-picked Campagna Amica partners or selected from Italian producers, in order to obtain a “controlled supply chain” dessert.
Delicious, but also safe, healthy and typical Italian.

When combined by our Bakery Chef with ingredients from hand-picked Italian suppliers, they result in small masterpieces of peasant baking and pastry.
The energy needs of the entire bakery and laboratory are part of the company’s self-production capacity, using only electricity without the use of fossil fuels or other polluting energy sources, thus resulting in a fully sustainable co and zero energy impact on the planet.
