Organic cracked spelt

Description

Organic cracked spelt is made by breaking whole spelt grains into several parts, making it ideal for thick soups and vegetable soups.

Cracked spelt does not require soaking. Cooking time 25 minutes

A very old cereal species, closely related to wheat.

Spelt is low in essential amino acids, but is instead very rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
